Echezeaux Their ruby to magenta colour is quite dark, and they are distinguished by a bouquet with animal and spicy notes. The characteristic aromas of Pinot Noir (here mainly fresh cherry, rose and violet) are expressed more in their youth, evolving towards musk, leather and fur.
